Genesis staff will be shuttling guests arriving from Victoria International Airport to Westin Bear Mountain. Please be sure to include your flight information in your online registration.

On your departure day there will be a single coach drop off at Victoria International Airport, departing Westin Bear Mountain at 7:30 AM. Genesis staff will be available to transfer guests with flight times that do not coincide with the coach transfer.

July is the month with the lowest chance of rain on Vancouver Island. Expect fewer clouds, with predominantly sunny skies.

To stay hydrated, we strongly recommend that you bring a refillable water bottle.

Activities planned during the days include extensive driving at the Motorsport Circuit, including off-road, and a mild walking activity on day one. Shoes that provide comfort above all considerations are highly recommended. Open toed shoes/sandals are not permitted at the Motorsports Circuit. Dress professionally, but appropriate for outdoor activities given the temperatures.

While July is the month of least rain and precipitation on Vancouver Island, rain is always a possibility. A light rain jacket is recommended to have on-hand.

A smart casual wardrobe is appropriate for dinner on Day 1 and cocktail chic attire for dinner on Day 2.

Please ensure to complete the allergies/dietary restrictions section of your registration form. All food and most beverages are included. Alcohol is included with dinner each evening.
